If a customer accidentally pays twice for a single transaction, the duplicated amount will be reimbursed through the original payment source within 15 to 20 working days. For product returns, customers are required to request a return within 2 hours of receiving the items, and the refund process will be completed within the same timeframe.

Please carefully inspect your packages upon receipt and promptly notify us of any damage or discrepancies. If there is an error on our part resulting in the incorrect shipment of an item, we will promptly take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
Before initiating any returns, kindly contact our Customer Service for return instructions. We strive to fulfill material return requests promptly, with returns for ordered items to be initiated the same day following product delivery. Customers seeking product returns must make their requests within the next day of receiving the products. Refunds for undamaged items in their original, untampered packaging will be processed within 15 to 20 working days.

If any goods are received damaged, we commit to replacing them by initiating the replacement process on the same day of delivery. Once the damaged goods are returned, we will complete the replacement within 2 business days.

In the event of an order cancellation before dispatching, the transaction amount will be refunded through the same source within 15 to 20 working days.
